17e Festival Amateur de torcy

- le sujet abordé et les valeurs présentées dans le vidéogramme doivent être adaptés à une diffusion tout public.

- le but du festival n’est pas seulement de diffuser des œuvres de vidéastes amateurs, quelles qu’elles soient, mais aussi de fournir au public un spectacle apportant de l’intérêt et du divertissement

dates du festival: 23 et 24 février 2008 à Torcy (Saône-et-Loire)
durée max: 10 mn
support vidéo
ouvert à tous les amateurs (individuels, scolaires, assos, MJC...)
trois genres: fiction, clip, pub factice
